Culture of Peace
How can we realize it?
The significance of the Golden rule.

The Golden Rule.
Justice is a recognised principle in all religions.
Without justice, a social system cannot work.

*
Secularism has often been viewed as justice and individual freedoms can best be served by moving religions out of the public sphere.
It is rooted in the view that religious beliefs are incompatible with each other and only cause division.
A deeper understanding of religious faith shows the opposite. religious teachings share a common view on life and human nature and even more so in comparison with a materialistic worldview!
Religious beliefs that teach the "Golden Rule" principles have an important role in educating and promoting values that transcend sectarian interests and values.
Universal values are also holistic and inclusive in nature and uphold human lives as something sacred.
